Here is a Class Outline of what you can expect at a Yoga class at Flex:
Centering - a time to clear the mind of thoughts and to begin to focus within
Warm-up - a time to prepare the muscles and joints for the yoga practice
Main Practice - a series of yoga poses either sitting or standing to strengthen and lengthen the body
Cool-down - a series of poses, many seated or lying on the back, to lower the heart rate and respiration and moves the mind into a more restful state

Dress Comfortably in loose clothing that will allow you to stretch your limbs, bring a towel and water to keep your body hydrated, bring a yoga or sticky mat if you have one - if not, we have mats at Flex for your use.
