Barbell Workout

Training is the fastest way to shape up and lose body fat. The classes will focus on and strengthen all of your major
muscle groupe, while achieving a long, lean look and improving your metabolism. It is a resistance and conditioning
class with barbells, and is for just about everybody who wants to add strength training into their workout.

ABBody Workout
|
There's no better way to compliment your cardio workouts than with this
all-over toning session focusing on the abdominals. The class will use different equipment, and the format
will change up every 6 to 8 weeks to keep your body from suffering the "plateau" effect. ("Express" version
is 30 minutes.)

Body Blast!
|
|
Total Body strengthening using the step, weights, tubes, good
old fashioned calisthenics, and dance influence core exercises.
|
|
Cardio COMBAT
|
You are totally unleashed in this fiercely energetic martial arts program.
Supported by driving music you will strike, punch, kick and kata your
way through calories to superior cardio fitness.

Cardio Circuit
|
An incredibly fun and effective hour long workout that hits all muscle groups at various stations set up for
different exercises and muscle groups. Stay at each "station" for a set amount of time, then move on to the next.
This workout will keep you moving and exercising hard, and you'll have a blast while doing it!

Core Strength
|
A challenging, express workout focusing on all areas of the core, primarily the abs and back.
|
|
Spinning
|
Have a blast while riding your way to a leaner, stronger body. Our group cycling instructors will motivate you
throughout this heart-pounding, yet safe and low-impact workout, while you enjoy the ability to go at your own pace. All levels
welcome!

Spin Express
|
A 45-minute spin class designed to help you start your day the right way. Work out before you're off to work!

|
Step/Sculpt
|
Fun but challenging step choreography, followed by muscle conditioning, core stability, and abdominal work.
Some choreography may include leaps and jumps.

Step Express
|
30 minutes of fun, dynamic step choreography. Makes a great warm up for Tuesday night Spin!
|
|
Strength Bodiography
|
40 minute express class focusing on weight resistance exercises and strength training. All muscle groups will
be worked, along with a little "cardio" for the heart.

WEEKEND BOOTCAMP
|
Pace yourself - or push it to the limit - in this challenging cardio and strength
training workout. We'll use resistance bands, weights, steps, BOSU, and jump ropes, as well as calisthenics, cardio
drills, and high-intensity bodyweight resistance movements. Classes will sometimes include a "TREADMILL WORKOUT" in
the cardio room. Look for some cleverly devised exercises for a new "twist" to keep it fun! |

Conditioning

Sculpt and tone every major muscle group using a variety of tools and exercises. Rotating instructors mean you'll
never get the same workout twice, keeping you on your toes. Makes a great follow-up to Saturday morning Spin!

Total upper-body toning challenge followed by a lower-body step session. Strength and cardio in one fun hour!

Class of choice with dancers and celebrities, but you don't have to be either to take this class. Stretch,
strengthen, work the core, lengthen muscles and improve posture!

Fusion Pilates

A mixture of traditional mat Pilates postures fused with core conditioning and balance exercised
using stability balls, and muscular conditioning with hand held weights.

Sculpt Pilates
|

This combo class of total body chiseling and Pilates conditioning will use such tools as elastic tubing,
dynabands, and hand held weights to strengthen and sculpt your body.
